    With, Nature Admire you discover a huge pile of rocks rising a height of 1300ft, forming a mountain, having more than 15 villages amidst the state forest with thin vegetation at just sixty kilometers away (approx two hours drive) from the city.

    This activity is designed to understand the magic of nature! Our activity bring you close and helps you to interact with rocks safely by our experienced instructors.A tall granite hill (11kms from Magadi) formed by the union of two high peaks (4,024 feet msl) called locally the Karigudda (black hills) and the Billigudda (white Hill) a wonderful spot with a chain of hill forts.

    Terrain: - moderate



    History: A stream taking its rise on the Kolar hill. The stream which originates among the rock is led by a drain into a small tank, about 3 feet deep, from which another drain leads is through the mouth of a bull to a larger tank about 50' *35' below.

    From there, the water flows down towards Kilukote. Above the bulls head is a brindavana and on its top of Vimana of brick and mortar, belonging to the palegar days. In the center of the lower tank stands a small mantapa with an image of Ganapathi in it. Before the water issues out of the bulls mouth. It is made to wash the feet of a standing image of Vishnu in the form of Venkatesha. At the foot of the Kolar hill, there are the ruins of an old town. In its very old granite. Temple of Nilakanteshwara.

    Naga-Kunte is a large pond, about 200 by 100, with a partly submerged mantapa in the middle and the temples of Venkataramana and Najundeshwara to its north. The range extends along the northeast of the town of Kolar, The highest point being 4,026 feet above the sea level. The hill presents a barren and rocky appearance on all sides. However, on the top is an extensive plateau occupied by villages And irrigated fields. A stream on the east side, named ANTARA "GANGE" is esteemed sacred. With a small pond, having mantapa in the center, Supplied with water falling through the mouth of a stone bull.

  • 1930hrs- Malleswaram Ground,
  • 2000 hrs- Esteem Mall, Hebbal Flyover.
  • 2030 hrs- Victoria Statue, Cubbon park.
  • 2100 hrs- KR Puram Hanging Bridge.
  • 2230 hrs- Break at Kamat for your dutch dinner.
  • 2330 hrs- Arrive at Anthargange. Briefing; do's & don't's. Buddy concept- Partnering. Three hours of Cave exploration.
  • 0300 hrs- Night sleep amidst the caves.
  • (please carry your sleeping bags, are available on Hire with us @ Rs 50/- )
  • 0600 hrs- Sun rise.
  • 0730 hrs Departure from here. Your Dutch b/fast on the way. Dropped at their respective pick up places.
