• The seats are not confirmed without your 90% payment of the trip tariff. The balance amount should be paid on the Programme day.
• Confirm your seats 5 days in advance for the local trips, 40 days in advance for Himalayan trips, 120 days in advance for International trips.
• Please make sure that you are aware about the cancellation rules prior to register.
• Once the payment is made there is no refund.
• Group bookings are done according to our billing cycle -- 10- 14 members; 20 members; 35 members; 45 members; 50 members.
